At Norterra Canyon this year we are seeking to increase transfer buy allowing teacher to use backward design to unwrap their standards in grade level collaborative groups. We are working to create a system in which teachers work to set essential questions and plan based on need from data and in alignment with our CIP plan. The desire is to increase understanding on how we all work toward acchieving the goals of our CIP and to increase buy in. We are hopeful that the strategies we learn in our class along with a shift in our perspective will enable us to impove upon our current approach to increase transfer.

I would recommend an action plan that begins to clearly define this work so that you can monitor this in an effective manner. Otherwise you continue to allow to be very vague and you can stay vague -- don't let that happen!
